I am begging someone to help me with this.  I have spent quite a lot of money and I need to be assured that the transactions are legitimate. Please let me speak with someone so I can explain what happened.

Hello, Community, A little while ago, I had a problem finding the record of my discussions with Eurail on my computer files. I wanted to review these transactions because it appeared that the emails were reaching me out of sequence. Missing the files and seeing emails out of sequence worried me, because in January, there had been an attempt to hack my computer in a completely unrelated circumstance. Between the vendor, my credit card and I, we were able to prevent the hackers from completing their scheme. But now, I’m a little gun-shy about on-line transactions. I do want to tell the community that my computer is fine as per Dell, and there was no hack attempt, just a change in where my files get stored by default after a Windows update created automatic storage files for my data in the Cloud, and I was not aware of the change.   It startled me because I had just paid for the Eurail Passes and couldn’t find the conversations between Eurail Pass and myself. I apologize that I panicked and apparently used the wrong community sight to look for answers. The problem was all on my side and had nothing to do with Eurail Pass methods.    I have been a great fan of Eurail Pass since 1973 when I bought my first Eurail Pass.  Since then, I have returned to the European rails via Eurail Pass in 1998, 2004 and 2023, and I have just purchased them again for my granddaughter and me for this year.  I am embarrassed by my public panic, but coming as close as I had to being a hacking victim has made me over-cautious.  I’m glad there is a forum in which people can help each other with questions about using the Eurail Pass, as well as where a member can apologize for a display of unnecessary public panic.   Please forgive. The issue is obviously solved.
