I wrote my first name and last name wrong. Is that a critical problem?

I bought mobile pass and switched my first name and last name. For example, my name is Jenny Kim but I wrote ‘Kim’ in first name and  ‘Jenny’ in last name. That doesn’t match my passport name

Is this a critical problem?

I sent an e-mail to the customer service team but they didn’t answer

Please help me

No that's not critical. Don't worry about it.

Dear Jenny,

have you travelled? I have the same problem like you on my name. I accidentally swap. Is there any problem on any of your ride?

I know of several cultures where the practice is surname before the “christian” or given name. As long as the 2 names are the same as in your ID/Passport there will be no problem - names/ID are rarely checked on train but may be at ticket offices.

Hi!
Yes, I trevelled 3 month ago, and there wasn’t any problem of my ticket. I think your ticket won’t be a problem, either.

Have a good trip!
