I ask one more time🥲
I bought mobile pass and switched my first name and last name. For example, my name is Jenny Kim but I wrote ‘Kim’ in first name and  ‘Jenny’ in last name. That doesn’t match my passport name

Is this a critical problem?

I sent an e-mail to the customer service team but they didn’t answer

This should not be a problem, since the 2 names match the Passport, even if its in the wrong order. 

If you really want that to be changed, you would have to contact the customer service, since the agents are the only ones able to change details of a traveller.
