There is a group of 11 us traveling to Europe in late June early July from the U.S. If one person buys for the group can multiple people get the Pass or just the purchaser? Or does each person who wants a pass need to buy their own? We will be traveling Switzerland to Germany then to Great Britain. One member of our group is British

I'm not compleatly sure, but I thing that you can add the Eurail Pass on each smartphone, but also possible all on one app. After this decison, you can only change phone/app where your Pass is via customer service.
Please note, that the British member maybe needs an Interrail Pass instead of Eurail Pass (this means only 2 days can be used in the home country), if he lives in UK or an other European Continenent country. All other things are the same, like the app or how it works. Only the name of the pass and the home country rule are special.
