Hi!
I have the global interrail pass for 7 days in one month with 2 inbound/outbound days. I already used 6 of my days and 1 outbound journey. That means that I have one travel day left with the inbound/outbound option.

The question is. Because I already got back to my country by plane and I still want to use this last day. Can I go for one day by train to a city (in Germany) and during the same day go back to my home country (Poland)? Can it be possible to go in and out from my country during one travel day using the inbound/outbound?

Yes it's entirely possible. You can take as many trains as you'd like in your country of residence on a inbound/outbound day.
