Informations between My pass and My trip not similar

Hi everyone ! Any idea to solve my problem ? here it is.

2 days are indicated Travel day in My Trip while I cancelled these trips. I onlyThanks !!!

I can no more use them and in the same time My Pass says the days are free…

What do you mean by "My Pass says the days are free”? Do you have a screenshot?

Do note that just removing a journey from My Pass does not deactivate/cancel a travel day. To cancel a travel day, go to My Pass, select the travel day and then tap on "Cancel travel day”.

It's best not to activate travel days in advance. If you postpone plans and forget to cancel your travel day, then you loose it.

Seems like I have only removed and not cancelled ?

Just be successfull with the cancellation ! Got back my two days, thanks a lot !!!!
