Internet requirement

Hi, I’m intending to buy two Mobile Passes in the Spring Promo to be used in July. I’ve read that there is a requirement to connect the App to the internet every three days to ensure the Passes remains usable. I’m assuming that this only has to be done once I activate the Passes and want to start using them and not during the four months between buying them and starting to use them. I’d be grateful if anyone could let me know if this is correct please.

That is correct, this is only required for an active pass.

You also need internet:

  • to activate the pass
  • to activate a travel day
  • to generate the QR code (by tapping on "Show ticket” for the first time after activating a travel day)

After you've generated a QR code for a travel day, you don't need internet anymore on that day.
