Interrail Global Pass. How many days can I travel in one month?

I can't find how many days I am allowed to travel in a month. does anyone know?

With a continuous pass you can travel as many days as you want during one month...

You can select between 1 2 or 3 months 

 

These are the continouss passes means everyday is a travelday

I´ am not working for Eurail or Interrail i just share my knowledge here. Please ask in the Community and not via private message as this is the fastest way to get an answer.
