Hi! I am a bit unsure as to whether I should buy a Eurail ticket or an Interrail ticket. I'm currently waiting for a european passport, but I have permament residency in Finland.

If you live in Finland, then you qualify for Interrail, regardless of your passport.
If you live in Finland, then you qualify for Interrail, regardless of your passport.
