Interrail pass associated with a trip but not activated

Hi everyone!

 

In August last year, I bought an interrail pass to go to Sweden. Due to personal reasons, I couldn’t travel in the end so I haven’t used the interrail pass. On my interrail app, the pass appears as “associated with a trip - august 2025” but I haven’t activated it yet. This pass is still working until June 2026 so I would like to use it in April. Do you know if and how I can associate my pass with a new trip to make sure I can use it? I don’t want to click on “activate the pass” but then don’t know how to change the trip and be sure I can use it in April.

You can go to My Trip, tap on your trip, then tap on the 3 dots at the top right. Then choose "Edit trip”.

You can then rename your trip, or if you want to unlink the trip from your pass, turn off "Connect a pass to this trip”. If you do the latter, then you can go to My pass and link another trip to your pass.
