Interrail Pass: how to find out when the tickets is available from?

Hey guys, 

I’ve booked two Interrail passes through Interrail EU website. I’m not able to find the dates anywhere for when our tickets is available. Do you guys probably know how to find out when the tickets is available from?

Did you order paper or mobile passes?

For a mobile pass, you should have received a confirmation mail with a pass number and what to do next.

For a paper pass, I suppose there should also be a confirmation mail. Did you receive it? Doesn't it say anything about the approximate delivery date?
