I have put both IR passes on my iPhone. No problem but it is easier to put one pass on my iPhone and the other on my wife’s one. So I have to split my passes but I do not know how to do that. Do I have to reset my phone and install the IR app on both devices?
To move a pass to another device, you have to contact customer service. Mention to them which pass (with pass number) you want to move.

Only by contacting customer services to remove the pass from the broken device so you can add it to a new one, exactly as in the previous answer given in this thread. Be sure to include all your relevant info and timeline so they can deal with your request, particularly highlight if you need it done quickly if you are traveling soon.
