so if i buy a Flexi Pass everyday travel day counts since 00:00 to 23:59 if i get a train at 23 and arrive at the place at 2 am that counts as 1 day or 2 days

The departure day counts so 1 pass day.
Please also note that you cannot be on a train after midnight during the last day of the pass validity (1-2 months, not the last pass day).
