A friend of mine won an interrail global pass ticket but unfortunately she is unable to use it. Is it possible to change the name over the ticket so I can use it? The trip should be during the end of September and the beginning of October. Thanks

Hi Matilde,
Unfortunately this is not possible. In cases where the name has been entered incorrectly, the system only allows agents to change a few letters from the surname or first name.
Depending on the conditions of the Pass, you would have to request an exchange.

You have to contact this DISCOVER EU scheme-they have a waiting list for young people who were not lucky to get the prize, but would like to go. This is-as what I understand-best done via their fb-site. Sorry for the friend-but it will not work so easy
