Is it possible to get a refund for a 50% off anniversary promotional pass (received from voucher code) purchased with Plus? I read online that "Plus is only available during promotions” but also that "Different rules apply for promo Passes. Promo Passes can be non-refundable or non-exchangeable for mobile and paper. Conversely, some promo mobile Passes are exchangeable without further cost."
