We start our interrail from Paris but our homecountry is Denmark. Is it possible for us to start our journey in another country than our homecountry? If yes how do we indicate this in our interrail pass in the section “Outbound jorney”?

You can start your trip in any country and you don't need to use the outbound and/or inbound journey at all.
