Is NS International included in Global Pass Plus?

I found on the Global Pass Plus page that the NS is included in the Pass Plus with 0 credit needed for seat reservation, and when I am searching for the train from the Netherlands to Germany, one of the trains is operated by NS International. I am wondering if NS International is also included in the Global Pass Plus with 0 credit needed for seat reservation.

This train is probably a ICE train from Deutsche Bahn (DB, German Railways). Passes are valid, reservations mandatory during the summer months. Free with your global Plus pass if you make your reservations through Interrail directly.

The ICEs between the Netherlands and Germany are jointly operated by NS and DB and passes are valid.
