Is the journey between my country of residence and my destination included in the one country pass?

I’d like to know whether, if I buy the ‘One Country’ pass for Slovenia, the Paris–Ljubljana journey can be booked using the pass, or whether I need to book it separately. I’m considering either a pass with 4 journeys per month or one with 6 journeys, depending on whether I can make a return journey from my country of residence.
