I will be travelling to Europe in a few days time and have registered with a EURail Global Pass. While the ‘Planner’ function in the app has been useful for ‘My Trip’, I have faced repeated issues where the selected date of the travel either disappears or is adjusted to the wrong date. Can this be resolved ASAP? For a large organization such as EURail, app issues like the above-mentioned should not be occurring on a permanent basis as it affects travelers who should have ease going from place to place on time.
