I am trying to book a seat reservation for italy from florence to rome and we have a eurail pass, i see the reservation, added it to pay and then it wont go through, says not available anymore check another connection

Hi, if you can tell us the day and time of the train so we can look into.
There are also other possibilities to book trains in Italy. Like via Austrian Railways oebb.at look for tickets ONE WAY TICKET option and Interrail/Eurail Global Pass as discount card.
