We will be travelling in Switzerland in August 23 we have 15 day global passes.

We plan to take the rail to Jungfraujoch from Interlaken.

When booking tickets on www.jungfraujoch.com  discounts are offered to Eurail pass holder. However when we try to add the journey to our pass the rail planner says “ pass not valid for this journey”.

Does anyone have more information

Thanks

Because the pass indeed does not cover the journey. You only get a 25% discount from Interlaken. You won't add that journey to the pass. There's no need to use a pass day for the discount.

Do not buy these tickets in advance. Tickets cannot sell out and are not cheaper in advance. It would be a complete waste of money to spend 150 CHF per adult for no views. Instead go to Interlaken train station and buy them there on the day or the day before
