Is there any discount for Jungfraujoch hiking and sledding pass? If not , are the pass plus the additional return ticket from eigergletcher to Jungfraujoch cheaper than normal ticket?

No, there’s no discount for the pass. It looks quite expensive btw.
What’s your trip like ? Are you planning to spend a lot of time around Interlaken for it to be worth it ?
Will you have the Eurail Global Pass ? If so, be aware that Interlaken Ost - Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald and above is not covered but you get a 25% discount.
Otherwise consider the Swiss half-fare card (120 CHF for a month) : 50% discount on all public transportation basically. Still 112 CHF for a Interlaken - Jungfraujoch return ticket but much less than a full-fare ticket (224 CHF per person!). As you can see it is clearly the most expensive Swiss railway, there are cheaper alternatives available.
