Live in the USA, but have a UK Passport

I currently reside in the USA (Texas), I have a Texas Drivers License but I have a UK passport not a US passport. Looking to travel throughout Europe this holiday season and came across the Eurail Global Pass. Would I be able to use the Eurail Global Pass given that I live in the USA, but have a UK passport?

If you live in the USA and can prove that with some government document, then you can use Eurail.

If you live in the USA and can prove that with some government document, then you can use Eurail.
