I am planning a 10 day trip to Europe and im covering Switzerland, France and Netherlands. I want to know if the Eurail pass will be valid for all local travel in all these countries as well?

Local public transport like busses, trams and metro are not included in the Eurail offer.
Except for the RER in Paris and some touristic trains that should be the case. You can check on the interrail website where it will be valid exactly (which companies).
Trams and metros are NOT included (with few exceptions).
What IS included are TRAINs only-and these are very clearly listed in the general info sites. It differs per country how extensive that is.
Yes, other as in general in India, most lines also have stopping trains (never with RES) that may even run quite frequent and stop at minor stations that may be very close to a place you want to go.
Even some parts of that RER around Paris is accessible-where the trains run on old SNCF banlieu tracks-you have to get a specific ticket to pass the gates from counter-but most minor stops do not have any counter or staff.

AFAIK it is not. Only TER trains are included but not RER.
