Hello! My friends and I have been chosen to recieve a DiscoverEU pass to travel Europe with. However, something went wrong with the application of one of our friends, so now we have three passes and four people who want to travel. We have been trying to get in contact with someone who could help us with our situation, but we have discovered that they just don't reply or they are bots who can't help us.
