I lost my Id card. Can I change the ID-card number on the ticket to my passport number?

If you deactivate your pass you should be able to change the ID document from your national ID to your passport.

My pass isn't activated yet but I don't find any way to change the number
As far as I know, you only have to add your ID/passport number when you activate the pass. AT least that was the case when I activated mine at the beginning of July.
If you have activated the pass but the validity period has not started yet, you can deactivate it and then you should be able to enter a new number when you activate it again.
