lost phone with mobile pass

Hi,
 
I have a Global Pass.
 
 
I lost my phone and cant get my hands on a new one right away. Im already travelling.
 
Now i try to get to show my pass through my interrail account online, but that doesnt seem to be possible. Then i tried adding my pass on another mobile phone of a friend, but it said that my pass is already activated on another device. But that device is lost, so I really dont know what to do... even if get a new phone, my pass is already added to another device (my lost phone).   I feel im really out of options... Im very far from home and dont seem to be able to acces my pass, even though i have my account and pass number.
 
What should i do? Please help me out, im sorry to say but starting to feel desperate :(

This is a question for Customer Support. Please use the form below to contact them. Write that you are currently travelling and that you need your pass disconnected from your lost phone. Also write your pass number.
