Sometimes Railcompanies doesn´t share their timetables or move the server two a different page It´s not always the fault of Eurail (Company behind Interrail and Eurail passes). It´s quite hard to create a all European Railplanner app :)

They are on a good way and i can see that they try to make this mobile app better and  better I was once able to test the new apps few days before offical publish But as iam not a frequent traveler in the UK i doesn´t notice this error :)
