Missing pass confirmation email

I haven’t receieved a confirmation email about the Eurail pass paper format for more than a day.

When can I get it and it’s confirmed?

And is it okay for me to write my ID number and passport number on the place when I write my license number?

What does it say in your Eurail account, in the Order overview?

It seems that this pass was shipped out on 01/09/2022 with date of delivery estimated at 10/09/2022. You should have received a track and trace code too. Please reach out to us in the event of a missing package so that we can follow up accordingly.
