Wondering if anyone has experienced this, and perhaps knows a way to work around this.
During pass activation, when hitting the button ‘Start activation’, a pop-up is supposed to appear and ask for my phone security code. But it doesn't appear. This prevents me from activating my pass.
If I disable the phone security, the rail planner app complains about a lack of proper security, and doesn't let me continue. Little bit stuck, and actually considering cancelling my order and quickly ordering a paper pass instead.
Any ideas?
