Mobile App shows one trip, my account on the website doesn't show it.


Mobile App shows one trip, my account on the website doesn't show it & has others I cannot delete. I think I am logged into the same account. So what is going on? I’d like to use the website for planning & adding to My Trip but I just cannot figure it out.

It is not possible. Website and App are two different systems. 

 

And don’t use the website or the railplanner app to search trains, they are terrible and not so often updated. General I would recommend the website of German Rail (bahn.com) or the DB Navigator App and also as 2nd check, the website of the train company that runs the train. And as 3rd check if there is something extra to pay or not in the pass network via website of Interrail or App. 

I’m not wanting to book anything through either, nor to rely solely on either for timetables. I just want to know if the “My Trips” in either of them should reflect the other?
