Mobile pass delete

I”m using my 3 months pass since July 4th and Friday before to move from Munich to Berlin, my mobile pass was delete a message ask to recreate my mobile pass but my mobile pass account was not able to create. Now after two days, a new message says “ the reservations are not connected to a mobile pass”. 

the IT department create a new apps with a schedule agenda and create some confusion a new internship error ??

Some travelers had to deinstall and reinstall several times :/ Worst case you get a new activation code via the support team when you fill this form above

Do check if there is an update available for the app. The latest version is 18.1.1 (released on 16 July); the version that made the pass disappear was 18.1.0.
