Mobile pass deleted from app

I’m currently travelling and been using the eurail app with Mobile pass for the last 2,5 weeks. 
today my mobile pass suddenly disappeared from the app. My trip was still there but the pass isn’t anymore. 
I tried to re add the pass, but now it is not connected to my trip anymore. It says I used both my inbound and outbound on the pass, I think because I already put my travel home (tomorrow and Saturday) in the first planned trip.
I tried to re install the app, but this didn’t make a difference.
What can I do to be able to use my pass and the inbound that I need soon? 
Hopefully someone knows can help me, because I need to be able to use it by tomorrow morning.
