Mobile pass not showing in the Rail Planner app

Hi, I’ve introduced my mobile Pass in the Rail Planner app and added all my trips to it a few days ago, but it doesn’t show everytime I open my app.

I tried reintroducing my mobile pass code and it says I already have my pass on my phone even tho it doesn’t show it.

My trip starts tomorrow and I am afraid my pass won’t show and I won’t be able to get on the trains or show 
it to controller when I have to.

Does anyone else have this issue or knows how to fix it?(my app is updated)
