Mobile pass not working; my trips are not staying loaded. What should I do?

I have a iPhone 13 max pro.  It’s running on iOS 15.4.1 and up to date.   The Eurail app is on 23.0 update.   
my trips are not staying loaded on my phone when I close out of the app.   I am traveling next week.   What should I do

Do you have 23.0.0 or 23.0.1? It should be the latter. If not, update the app.

Then enable error logging (More > Settings, at the bottom) and contact customer service. Be sure to mention when you start travelling.
