Mobile pass paid but didn't receive confirmation email

Yesterday 10 apr at 2 p.m i bought an interrail global pass for 2 person. I am still waiting confirmation email and tried several times resend confirmation email but didn't received anything. My travel date come soon, so there is urgent for me. Is there anyone can help me to solve the problem ??

You can resend the confirmation email from your Interrail account, in the Order overview.

I've done it 4 times but didn't get anything.

OK, then please contact customer support and mention when your first travel day is.
