mobile pass problems

I have a 7 day/month mobile pass.  Once we booked the 1st day (QR code) we tried to add the next day’s trip but the App won’t let us.  We can input the journey but can’t get the QR code to reserve the trains.  Haven’t tried the 3rd day.  What’s the problem?  Need answer ASAP. Thanks, mgg

Hi Maria, the ticket with QR code is not needed to make a reservation. You can show your ticket in just 2 taps:

  • Go to My Pass
  • Tap 'Show ticket'

The ticket, is shown to the ticket inspector (together with the separate reservation - if required for the train you are planning to take). 

What do you see when tapping '’show ticket'’?

I have a global mobile pass and have used it once. I planned, chooses and saved, see my trip in My Trip but can’t get it to show up in My Pass. I paid for seat for this trip, with email confirmation.

i have spent about 5 hours with chat(useless at best) and via email. That just results is regurgitated step by step that i had already indicated did not work.

i just want my QR code.!

Are your trip and your pass properly linked to each other? This can be checked under “My Trip”

Maybe delete and download again the app. That solved a similar problem for me just a few days ago. Don’t worry. Your passes are still saved in the app afterwards.

It may also have something to do with this bug which was recently found. In that case, you should reach out to customer service.

The fact that you have a reservation is totally unrelated.

  1. Did you activate your pass? You can only add journeys to your pass after activation.
  2. If so, then go to My Pass and tap on "Go to my trip”.
    This is the trip that is linked to your pass, and where you need to save your journeys.
  3. Do you see a toggle switch to the right of your journeys?
  4. What happens if you tap on a toggle switch?

Please post a screenshot of where you are stuck, or if there's any error message.
