Mobile pass won't connect

Hello, I seem to be unable to add my interrail pass to the app. I got the pass two years ago as a part of the Discover EU programme but it was postponed due to the pandemic. Recently I received two mails with two different pass numbers and neither works. However, in June I already added the pass to my app, or that's what I thought, and it worked back then. I haven't activated it back then. I really need advice because I was planning to start my trip already next week and I send two emails already but I'm afraid they won't respond on time. I would be grateful for any assistance!

I can’t help, but the best thing is to get in touch with the DiscoverEU Team. 

What I know, is that there are two apps. 

The railplanner app, where normally Interrail users take

and the DiscoverEU app, this works like the railplanner app but has some features and can be used only by DiscoverEU winners. Could be the possibility, that it works there?
