Multiple-day entry into my country of residence

I travel by train with my bicycle. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to get a place for a bicycle on a long-distance train at short notice. However, if I only take regional trains to get home (I am coming from France and need to get to Berlin), it could take me several days.
Is this possible with an Interrail ticket? How do I show this?

You could stay overnight in e.g. Forbach, Luxembourg or Wasserbillig and then use regional trains only to get to Berlin. That is doable in 1 day.

You can only travel on a maximum of 2 travel days in Germany, so I think that your best option is to get a Deutschlandticket for your travel on the regional trains. As long as your travels are within the same calendar month, the D-ticket is a real bargain.
