Does anyone known if I can use the Eurail Pass to travel from Munich all the way to Zugspitze including the cog railway?

No, sorry-these tipical mountains railways-Swiss has many more, are not included. Also: the normal main line from M to the base, Garmisch-Partenkirchen is still partly blocked due to an accident a few weeks ago-there are replacement bus along (SEV bus in german). Maybe ZsB gives a discount for passholders-check that on their site, if yes, it will not be much.

NOte that besides this cog railway, rather slow, there are also faster cable-ways, there are also combined tickets go up on 1, down on 2-it is all on the site. Do not prebook-if weather is bad you see nothing up there.

Also look at the supercheap 9€ monthly ticket ANY where in DE on local transit-this also excludes this line, except very first stop (to where the last houses stand).
