My daughter does has not been included on the pass that we just bought! What do I do as I cannot speak to anyone!

Bit of a panic! We bought a 5 day pass for 2 adults, a youth and a child (11 years old) When we have looked at the pass to book some train reservations her name does not appear. Has anyone had experience of this? Is there something I am missing? We have an email from Eurail where it says 2 adults, 1 youth and 1 child. But the child doesn’t appear on the pass app.

I have been trying to get in touch with customer services but I have only managed to chat with a bot and they have been no help at all. 

Please could anyone give me some information?
