I'm currently travelling in Slovakia my Interrail pass has suddenly disappeared off app with 3 days travel left , help needed urgently , how do I contact Interrail urgently to get it back on , I've sent a request but it'll take days for a reply , this is ridiculous. I need a contact phone number urgently

I went in to Apps then the App itself and Cleared Cache and and Memory data stored then went back to app and re loaded Pass Ref , luckily it re loaded remainder of days but lost all my previous travel info , so for my experience I'd avoid this Digital Pass like the Plague. To Glitchy at critical moments Signal reliant as well So it's a thumbs down on my experience.
