As above my pass has a large expiration date and number of uses. But the mobile pass is full. I ask for a quick response and a resolution. We need a pass now because we still traveling.

These are tickets from days in the past, which are expired indeed, so that is normal.
When you go to My Pass and select your pass, then what is the validity period there?
