Hi,

I got awarded with my Inter-rail pass in June 2022, claiming that pass’s due day for activation to be May 2023 and the last day for use to be June 2023.

I haven’t used any of my traveled days nor used a train but the app says that my Pass has expired although I haven’t used it yet.

I was planning to use in on February so I need urgent help.

I would be glad if anyone were to help.
