Hello, I would like to add my interrail pass on the Rail planner app but it says that I can't because it's already been saved on another device, which is true because I saved my pass in the app on my former phone which has been stolen 2 months ago... so I would like to know if there is any way I can add my pass on my new phone without having to "remove the pass from the other device" as it's suggested to do on the FAQ platform and I obviously can’t do it. Thanks !

It is only Customer Support who can help you to deactivate the pass from your old phone so that the pass can be activated on the new phone.

Fill in this form and clearly state when you are planning to start your trip so that your request can be correctly prioritised.
