My phone is too old for the mobile app

Hello,

I received a free youth global interrail pass via DiscoverEU and I have been told to activate it via the mobile app. However, my phone is too old to download the app (I have iOS 12 and you need iOS 13 to download it, my phone isn’t capable of updating to a more recent iOS).

Is there any way I can activate my pass and travel without the app? In all the emails I have received there has been no mention of any alternative to the mobile app, but I have no way of downloading it.

How am I supposed to travel?

@annaR Ask directly the DiscoverEU Team if they can give you a paper pass instead of the Mobile Pass.
