I both 2 pass for my family. it seem 2 pass has the same name. need a name change. I create a ticket but did you got response from 2 days. please help . it is urgent

Did you mention in your ticket when you need to travel? Tickets are prioritised for urgency.

no. I did not mention it.  can i mention it here. I need to travel by friday. is it posible to update the Tickets

I saw others are having even more urgent problems (already travelling) so they need help first.
