Hello there,

Planning a summer holiday with my kids taking the train from Amsterdam to Basel/Zurich and then further into italy. Can somebody help me understand. If i take an interrail pass, how do i organize the reservation of a nightjet? Is that included, but how do i make sure my booking uses the interrail card? Even if i don’t want to sit there the whole night, but take the sleeping compartment?

You can book on tickets.oebb.at, add the Interrail/Eurail discount and do NOT check "Seat reservation only”.

To reserve Nightjet seat/couchette/sleeper use the OBB or Nightjet websites, adding interrail pass as discount for each passenger.
