No travel days left, haven't even started my trip

It doesn’t say that I have used up my inbound/outbound journeys,but I still get the ‘’no travel days left’’ message when I’m trying to book my outbound trip. Any explanation?

Edit: In the app it said that it might be because my pass is expired but I literally bought it yesterday and it says in the app that it’s valid from June 10th to August 9th. It’s May.
Edit 2: Don’t know what happened, it just magically started working. Issue resolved I guess?

It looks like you have activated this pass with start date 10 July but are trying to add a journey on 21 May.

That doesn't work of course, although the error could be a bit clearer IMO.

Also note that there's no need to activate a pass so long in advance.
