The discount is for Interrail only.
It is 50% as IR is now 50 years old-when it started in ´72 it was only for junior<22, for 1 month global and only valid in what was then West-EUR and out of your own country-though a few small countries added a tript o border for free as sales gimmick. It was a thick paper booklet. It cost about 111€ in todays money.
EUrail was much older-started some time in the 50ies and was aimed at then visiting USAers (often those who had fought in WW2) and was ONLY for 1st cl and in even fewer countries as IR.
But sorry, no, there is no 70% discount to EUrail-you Singy are out of luck, lah!
